I've spent over 20 years building, running, and advising businesses — and now I'm looking for one company to own and operate for the long haul.

My career has taken me through every seat at the table. I started in M&A at Goldman Sachs, where I was ranked in the top 10% of analysts globally. From there I moved to investing at Stockbridge / Berkshire Partners, evaluating companies across industries and learning what separates businesses that thrive from those that don't.

But I didn't want to stay on the sidelines. I transitioned into operations, eventually becoming CFO and then CEO of Fullstack Academy, an education company I helped grow from $10M to $40M in revenue. I led the company through two successful exits — including a sale to a Blackstone portfolio company — and spent years reporting to a Blackstone-led board.

I've built finance teams, sales organizations, and data infrastructure from scratch. I've made payroll, negotiated leases, and stayed up late fixing problems that couldn't wait until morning.

That experience is why I'm not looking to "learn" how to run a business — I've already done it. What I'm looking for now is the right business to commit to for the next 10+ years.

I'm not building a portfolio. I'm not trying to roll up an industry or engineer a quick flip. I want to find a company with a strong team, loyal customers, and an owner who cares about what happens next. I want to be the person who continues what you've built.

I live in New York with my wife and two young kids. This is the next chapter of my career, and I'm looking for the right partner to write it with.
